Kessena Ringland is a singer-songwriter from Manchester. She is a vocalist, guitarist, and harpist and her music resides mainly in the folk genre. A dark, haunting ambience helps intensify the emotional soundscapes she produces that highlight the ideologies of surrender, dependency, and devotion. Her soft, but skilled accompaniment provides the perfect foil for her mesmerising voice which conveys the honesty of the lyrics.
